Besiktas target Chelsea striker Loic Remy

Besiktas are chasing Chelsea striker Loic Remy.

The Daily Star Sunday says they want Chelsea striker Remy, 28, to replace the departing Demba Ba.

New Besiktas manager Senol Gunes, the man who replaced Slaven Bilic, said: “We are on the look out for a new striker following Demba's request to leave us."

That striker is Remy who has only played a bit part role at Chelsea since signing for £10.5million from QPR last summer and was understudy to Diego Costa.
