Falconets: Nigeria’s U-20 women hold Morocco to 1-1 in World Cup qualifiers

The Falconets of Nigeria held Morocco to a 1-1 draw on Sunday, November 5 in the ongoing FIFA U-20 Women World Cup qualifier.
Nigeria’s U-20 women overcame Tanzania after two legs to progress to the next round of qualifiers against Morocco who they a faced on Sunday.
The game was played at the Stade Boubker Ammar in Sale, Morocco.
It was the host Morocco who first took the lead in the first half through Moustapha Mouslim.
The Falconets levelled through Rasheedat Ajibade, her fifth goal in the qualification rounds.
The return leg will be played in Benin City at the Samuel Ogbemudia stadium on Saturday, November 18.
